Sinful Chocolate Cupcakes

I had a lot of fun making cupcakes the last couple days.  I even learned a few new tricks that I figured out myself.  I must say, this batter was absolutely delicious and I couldn't wait to try them once they finished baking and had the finishing touches added.  My husband was so excited that I was baking cupcakes and when he tried them he called these "Mookies" because they taste like cookies but they're cupcakes.  I filled them with Chocolate Mousse and the frosting is a Chocolate Buttercream.  Decorations are Fondant.

Heavenly Surprise Cupcakes

Dark Chocolate Cupcakes, completely sugar free.  They are filled with bavarian cream and the frosting is a chocolate mousse.
