Angry Bird Cupcakes

angry birds cupcakes. chocolate cupcakes filled and frosted with whipped white chocolate ganache. I had some issues when I was frosting them, but they still tasted yummy. the birthday boy was so excited to see them.  Characters were done in fondant.

This is my husband's birthday cake.  He loves this popular smartphone game 'Angry Birds' so I made him a cake of it.  Decorations are fondant, cream cheese frosting, spice cake on lower cake, lemon on the 'hill'.
